June Update
June fishing still remains excellent when the winds are not blowing 30mph. I ran an early morning charter this morning and the two guys did a great job putting 6 fish in the box before I could get all the rods in the water. Including run time, they limited out going 10-14 in just over 2.5hrs! SU Open
Saturday June 3rd kicked off my tournament season with the SU Open out of Racine WI. After making a run to water that I knew held quality brown trout, we started setting lines and before I could get the down rigger in, we doubled up on leadcore landing two 3-4lb browns. After two more passes we had 5 fish including a 12lb Brown. I decided to pull lines and run to deeper water in search of coho, lake trout and chinooks.
